Sparks as a good practice for increasing the attractiveness of VET at the New Education Forum in Warsaw
Yesterday, representatives of our consortium presented our project at the New Education Forum in Warsaw, a European platform for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and contacts in the fields of vocational education and training, coordinated by the Center for Innovative Education. It was a pleasure and an honour to have the chance to contribute to remarkable discussions, together with Michael Morgan, VET Unit of the DG EMPL of the European Commission, Barbara Michalska, Director of Education Market of Microsoft Polska and Mamen López, Director of European Funds Development, Grupo Femxa, with the excellent moderation of Joanna Bochniarzk, General Director of CIE Center for Innovative Education. We discussed how to strengthen education and training in crisis circumstances, keep up with dynamic societal and labour market needs and increase the attractiveness of VET through digitalization and gamification.
